- Some of the faculties are very nice and sweet
- The hostel rooms are really good and spacious
- We are provided 24hr hot water supply in winters which I have seen is not provided in every hostel
Dislikes
- The faculties can be improved as some faculties are very rude
- The infrastructure can be improved and made more advanced
- The grounds can be improved by making more sitting space and area to walk peacefully
Remarks :
Due to its minimal fees the most affordable engineering college and other courses are also affordable and many scholarships are also provided for domicile students and students from North East side we have many courses to choose with so feel free
Course Curriculum Overview :
The courses and academics here is nice the fees is very affordable and faculties are good the exams are taken twice a year almost after 2 months from first day we had our mid term the faculties are very helpful except for some
Internships Opportunities :
No being in first year I have not yet opted for any internship but we are regularly informed about the various internship opportunities coming one can easily enroll themselves in any internship program
Placement Experience :
The placement opportunities are okay and minimal like around 5 lpa but if one wants more they can opt for off campus placement , according to me as I have heard from my seniors some of the students get higher placements too
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fees for BTech ECE is around 1 lakh but for first year there are some extra expenses so it's almost 1.2 lakhs for CSE I guess it's 1.5 lakhs it's also less than most of the pvt engineering colleges out there
Campus Life :
Social life is quite good we have many clubs for various interests like dance singing acting modelling literature etc they arrange regular programs and events make it more fun and enjoying the rampwalks monologues dance competition etc
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel, hostel mess , hostel rooms bathrooms everything is really good the mess food is really better than other hostels trust me on this the mess food we get desserts fruits snacks everyday which is better than most of the hostels out there

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions

There are good placement and job opportunities are there in off campus placement because there are many sites whivh provide job and internships like inteshala and there are many other platforms to find the job and internships
