Shri Ram College is the best college for commerce in India so the driving factors for me, are the name and brand value. If you want to study there you must appear for the CUET exam and register yourself at Delhi University's CSAS portal. CUET is not very hard it is all from class 12th NCERT except English. Students must choose one language and 3 domain subjects that they have studied in their 12th. Different combinations of subjects are available and different courses need different combinations of subjects that are available on DU's website. For CUET preparation I would suggest first focusing on boards doing a thorough understanding and making your concepts Cristal Clear to avoid mistakes. It's an MCQs-based exam and doing mocks is a must to ace this exam. Cutt-off varies for different categories of students for General-785+, obc-740+, sc/st-680, for others news, sports, and eca 740 was enough to last year
I have a commerce background and am pursuing a CA, so I opted for it so that it could supplement my CA journey. It has mostly done that. Teachers here are well qualified, we get to learn from teachers with more than 20+ years of experience and whose books are published and being used by the entire University. The vast knowledge and understanding that they have are unbelievable. They know the youth and their requirements.
No, currently I haven't applied for any internship. Mostly jobs like Accountant, Account Executive, Business Executive, Financial Analyst, Tax Consultant, Tax Consultant, Accounts Manager, Business Consultant, Finance Manager, Financial Analyst.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
