So i was getting msi for bba but i would have gotten ipu degree . I felt like nsut degree is far better than ipu degree. I chose nsut over dtu east campus because of the campus nsut was providing and the all the experience of sports, fests , events, societies!
The course curriculum is good i felt. Specially in finance, there was alot new to learn and it was practically applicable as well. Now the curriculum has changed for juniors they have the choice of choosing specialisation from the second year itself. The faculties for specialisations are experienced and they teach well
I did internship but it was off campus. It is difficult to find internships on campus. The internship is not so easily available on campus for bba. You will have to find the internship off campus mostly. Students will have to work hard to find an internship.
The placement and jop opportunities in nsut is great for btech but not so great for bba! There are opportunities but you will have to climb up to top 10% to get job in bba. Students will have to actively participate in college activities to get placement from college.
The fee for the course in 1 year was 98000 the fees was increased to 106000 in second year and 114000 in the third year. The fees is same for all except for those who applied for scholarships. The scholarship are hardly 2 or 3. There is no other fee you have to pay. The back paper is usually costly.(approx 7000) There was a registration fee of 1000 while applying for college.
The campus life is amazing. you get a huge campus!! The infrastructure is developing but the apj halls are very well developed and maintained. The clubs and societies of nsut are far better than other colleges!! They are dedicated to the society work !! They keep winning in other colleges and its fun to be part of a society! The playground was recently reconstructed with many more new sports accumulated.
Yes! I have been in hostel for my 1st year the hostel infrastructure is fine it could have been better but it’s adjustable. Hostel mess provides a decent food but not so great overall there is canteen in college which is open till 9 pm so one might eat food from there .
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
