- I like the campus life like there are many fests happening which is chilling and refreshing and we can volunteer onto those events as well which will make us more social and make new friends . Also if we volunteer a certificate is also provided as a voluteer which will add us make points in our cv as well
- I like the infrastructure. This was the first thing I was attracted when I chose this. University. The university is aesthetically pleasing and is covered with trees and flowers . Also what I personally like is I can click photo anywhere I wish I dont need to find good spot because of the good view as it is so close to nature and you yourself will feel so close to nature as personally I am nature lover.
Dislikes
- I dislike about the college is that why do we need to submit the fees for end term examinations when we have already submitted fees for our semester.
- The cart is not available always . As the university is on mountain which is steep slope which is very tired for us.
Remarks :
I choose this college because I was interested in research field and when I googled this college offered good research . Also the plus point I looked was it offers 2+ 2 programs that is university had tied up with many universities outside India and as It is a growing university university is still trying to manage and is tying up with many globally universities across india. For the admission a counsellor will be provided when you will fill the admission form and then that counsellor will guide you about everything. A normal english test was taken I guess on google forms . The admission here is very smooth that is we dont have to worry if we will get admission or not as it is a private university and private university offers you admission even if you are late also .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I was not able to clear my NEET exams and I was more interested in deep research and innovation. Also I liked the campus I wanted to live in himachal so I chose this course in this university . The qualification of faculty is that some of the teachers have completed their phds and the junior teachers are still pursuing the senior teachers are well good and have grest knowledge about the subject and can clear our doubts very clearly. Review of teaching is that ppts are provided which is sometimes good and bad for us as well as we dont need to make notes . All books are in library The exams are conducted 3 times end term mid term and first term examinations and the questions are mixed of subjective and objective type questions. Subjective questions are total 2 of 2.5 mark each and mode of examination is generally online but sometimes it depend upon teacher if they want offline in my course . But for law agriculture and pharma students they have offline exams
Internships Opportunities :
I particularly have not opted for any internships yet but the university also provides us internship in many fields. I have come across shoolini life sciences where they offer you internship on chromatographic techniques.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria is that we have to complete degree program with some college students credits and there are almost 250+ top biotech hiring companies like abott cremica oxigen . The university guranteed 100% placements but it depends upon student if they want placements or not and all internships are paid . I am a 2nd year student so I dont know much about the offers made and much such about internships yet.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fees us 6.60 lakhs with increase in fees every year for new students . The fees is slightly less for HP students . Semester fees is 68000 Yes they took registration fees and during end term exams we have to pay 950 then only we are eligible to give end term examinations. They give scholarships for students on the basis of their 12th class or any competitive exams. I have availed scholarship on basis of 12th class marks . The semester fees for b com students generally is 68,000 and 58,000 for HP students , For BTech AI semester fees is 1,24,000 and 1,19,000 for HP students and BSC Agriculture fees is 72,000 and 64,000 for HP students. There is less fees for students from HP .
Campus Life :
The life here at shoolini is very chill fascinating and the vibe is very nice. They conduct many fests like annual fest moksh on the month of march and manchatanta in the month of September or October. These are two main fest otherwise law fest is there along with media fest and marvel fest as well. There are many clubs which we can join and there are variety of options for clubs to chose from . Special club mela happens for freshers when they come on orientation day. There are almost every sport and separate playground is there for each support and competitions of that sport also happens there. Almost every book is available in library. Library is 4 story building . Amenities like bench white board projector for teacher to deliver presentations and fans are provided in classrooms.
Hostel Facilities :
The food is okok like we can adjust for the food but I can say from what I have listened about other hosteller friends of mine our food is bearable. The menu is revised after every 1 month almost . There are many hostel events like dandiya night dj night along with special dinners on special days or events. There are many pg and good options for renting a room but they are very far from university like takes 15 minutes on walking basis and many far as well.

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs
