- I liked the campus, it is good and we have a big cricket ground also.
- I even liked the faculty as they are experienced and are interactive.
Dislikes
- The problem here is that the college is completely outskirts of the city.
- The south campus which is the older one is almost 14km apart and many events are made there.
Remarks :
I got a rank of 14k in KCET and I got a seat in this college with OBC category. This college is the best option for me in colleges in which I would get a seat. As it is in the top 10 colleges of Karnataka.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The college curriculum is good. We have labs every week for subjects needed like python, chemistry and CAED which actually helps us to understand the concepts clearly. Coming to exams, every semester has 2 internal tests of 25 marks each and 2 quiz of 10 marks and other 30 marks is given for experiential learning. At the end of the semester we will a SEE i.e semester end examination of 100 marks.
Internships Opportunities :
College provides internship opportunities for students. We will be able to get internships from 5th semester. Many companies come to college with internship offers which later converts into FT i.e full time.
Placement Experience :
The college gives college placements. As of my knowledge this year the highest package was around 43 lpa and out of 125 ISE students almost 110 students got placed. Many companies like google, amazon, Infosys, JP Morgans, L and T etc... come to our college with job opportunities.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I joined this college via KCET. There are other 2 ways to get a seat here. The other ways are COMEDK and management. The fee for KCET is 1lakh 7 thousand rupees per year. For COMEDK it is 2.88 lakhs per year. And that of management is almost 17lakhs. If you get seat with SNQ quota then your fees is almost 30k per year.
Campus Life :
As I live in south campus hostel, it is all good around my hostel. I can access everything easily. But north campus is almost out of the city and it is completely in an industrial area. so I feel the campus life here is average. More over the main events takes place in south campus and the students in North will miss out all of those.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is well maintained and kept clean. We have a gym here. The hostel is good. 3 members live in a room. We are given with a bed, shelf and a study table. Hygiene food service is provided. Wifi connection is also provided but the strength of wifi is a bit weak.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

Course Curriculum Overview :
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
