According to my NEET marks, we got alloted to this college. It was decided by a online counselling. Here, there occur frequent exams and it's very difficult to pass those exams. The classes start from 8 am to 4 pm all over the state. Also it is compulsory to attend 80% attendance for practicals for all subjects and 75% attendance for theory classes of individual subjects. The main thing that is needed to learn in mbbs is to manage time along with studies and life. For first year of mbbs, there are certain rules and regulations that is needed to be followed. There are almost 4 to 5 teachers per subject. We also have separate faculties for practical classes. There are also seminars held every week by few students as picked by the respective subject faculties. To he honest, the hostel food is not that good and sometimes we end up eating in a nearby restaurent. Also, we have wish the seniors whenever we meet them. However, the seniors are very helpful and cooperative during exam time.
This course was choosen by me as I always wanted to help the people of my village. There is not even a single student to study mbbs from my village. They are not much aware of the medical terms and diseases. I felt the need to have a doctor for my village. The faculty here is very experienced. For example, the HOD of Anatomy have an experience of 36 years of teaching. Almost all the faculties have experience of teaching averga to 15 to 20 years. Their teaching method is wonderful. They try to correlate things with studies to make our convepts better. Also, practical classes are held that even clears our all doubts if there is any. There are exams are every 2 weeks called formative assessment to assess how well our studies been going on. The difficulty level was moderate for FA. But during part completion test, the questions are little bit hard and demands good knowledge about the topic.
Right now, i am in 1st year. But i know that internship has to be done for 1 year. There will be night duties as well. You will be paid 36k per month. The senior doctors will guide you. You have to take history of diesase of patients
There will be compulsory interniship of 1 year and you will be provided 36000 rs per month. Then, there will be 1 year rural posting, paying around 45k per month. After the completion of this 2 years, you will be under placement or can opt for pg by cracking NEET pg exam. Here last year, 100% of the students got placement in pg or in rural or urban cities.
For 1st mb- 26000 For 2nd mb- 21000 3rd year-21000 Final year- 26000 For full 5.5 years, we need around 5 lakhs for completion. If you are day scholar, you need around 7k-9k per month for your residence that includes food, room, electricity bill and mineral water
At campus, it is very good. There is a canteen, mini market for our convenience to buy anything. The campus here is full of grenery and its neat and clean. There is a library which is the best place to study. Journals, magazines and books for mbbs are also available here. After classes, during evening, there is sports played. There is cricket, football, table tennis, ludo, volleyball etc to play. There are some groups in telegram that supplies with previous year question, important topics for exams, notice regarding any important information, resources to buy from seniors at mjch cheaper rate.
The hostel fees is per month here of 3000 rs . You will be given all the three meals. The hostel is good and there are double rooms. However, single rooms are alloted only during internship. After the admission in this college, there will be a link to apply for hostel in the offical website of faamch.

Good-moderate faculty but maintenance of every other thing is very much not on time The authority doesn’t seem to be concerned about the students and delays every work and at the last moment you will be running around .
While the college does not guarantee 100% corporate placement, it facilitates campus interviews and internships. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, and Tata have rec recruited or offered internships to a percentage of students.
There are teachers under which u can work and later they can surely help u land a intership, happened with one of my friend. But as of now department dont directly provide u internship. I dont wanna say vague or old numbers about average or highest placement data, so wont comment on it but overall its not that great but there are exceptions, like there are some brilliant minds who lands an enormous off campus placement.(My 2 seniors who r out of india right now) Last year Bharat electronics BHEL came and took 8 seniors for 13lpa package, some banking companies and TCs comes too. My plans after my degree is to get a job in electronic domain while also focusing on my photography and editing Passion Check my work on insta sodaa.edits
Placements At B. Borooah College for a BSc Forget it. There's no placement scene like you hear about. No companies come for recruitment drives. The so-called placement cell just puts up notices for government job ads or maybe a local pharmacy needing a helper. I've never seen a single big name visit campus to hire BSc grads. So there's no list of recruiters, no number of offers, and definitely no talk of high packages. Zero students get placed from here in that way. The plan after the degree is everything. For me, it's going for an MSc. For others, it's preparing for government exams, doing B.Ed., or applying to labs and hospitals directly. This college gives you the valid degree, the ticket to sit for other exams or apply further. It doesn't get you a job. It makes you eligible to go find one yourself. Your future is 100% in your own hands after you walk out.
There are 100% internship in Bsc agriculture are also good the average packages 3 to 4 LPA the highest package is 12 LPA percentage of students getting placements are about 70 - 80% the eligibility criteria depends upon the performance of the student on its practical work and its CGPA
The ratio of placement and job is very poor, this is a college of general degree course, so after passing B.Sc., B.Sc. one does not get a job directly, in future one has to do Masters degree, PhD.But data from the last three/four year revealed that students did get jobs in SBI and some other organization, but the percentage was very low. That is why most of the students after completing normal graduation take admission in courses like Masters and BEd, Deled. And my plan in future is to do Masters from IIT or IISER, after that I want to do PhD.
I forever had a dream of starting a business by myself as I come from a business background I also wanted to help my father in his work , I wanted to grow my father's business by just putting technical efforts so this is the reason I chooses commerce Teachers are of very friendly nature and helpful If you attend regular college you won't face any difficulties in exams
there is a CPI criteria of around 6 to sit for placements. The highest packages for bachelors can go up to 1.5cr. Companies in coding include Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Ola, Uber, finance companies like JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and many more. Highest paying companies are AlphaGrep, Quadeye, JaneStreet but that is very competitive with only people with the best results and from CS getting in. Many people also receive preplacement offers after internships. There are also many companies that visit for product management roles like Ola, Meesho etc. The placement process for Design students is separate. There are also core companies like Texas instruments, that visit.
You must get more than 7 CGPA to sit in the placement. TCS, L&T, Jacobs etc and the highest package is around 21 LPA around 15% are placed every year.Iwill be doing PHd in IIT after getting my degree.
I choose this course because I am interested in learning coding and I want to seek my future in this line. I am finding some difficulties in understanding the subjects and topics but I believe it is because I am new to this field and new to everything.
