- No social clubs to promote social interaction and connections.
- Placement rate and packages are really low need a huge improvement in that field.
Remarks :
It's a private college and doesn't require any specific examination tests or interviews . It's a affordable college,the fee is not very expensive as compared to the other similar colleges like the Chandigarh University .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I opted this course for my previous interests . The faculty of the college is well qualified in both educational aspects and practical field knowledge. Term exams occur after each semester of 6 month moderate difficulty level.
Placement Experience :
Placement rate is average here as compared to other nearby colleges. But the packages are not very high usually between 3-6 lkhsperannum. It's the average highest package was 42 lakhs . One should opt for of campus placements too for good chances of high packages.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
39600 tuition fees+2050 examination fees +fest fee varies approx 500 PER SEMESTER The examination fees varies with even odd semester in even semester the fees is only 1500 but in odd semester it's 2050
Campus Life :
There are not many club available only basic infrastructure. Fest occurfrequently libarary is not very vast. Sports are not very encouraged but improving with time. There social accounts like cgcjhanjeri.
Hostel Facilities :
You can opt for hostel during the admission process or can visit the DSA office. Hostel Life is 8/10 but the food is 6/10.also the outing timing for girls are only until 6 pm for boys they're not restrictions. Menu changes monthly . There's also mess meetings organised.Landran is good for rented rooms or pgs you can search on olx and Facebook marketplace for searching room.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.
