- Faculty were good,infrastructure is not much bad good only campus life is decent
- You have some visiting areas around the campus like you can go to Chennai in 75 minutes and roam there and one lake also there
Dislikes
- We want some extra courts for basketball, football, volleyball for all year students atleast one Court for every year atudents
- Mess items should be improved in taste, some special items are completing early students should be waiting long time for the special items in special dinner
Remarks :
My jee rank is 20569 but I want yo go nit based on my rank I will ece,mech,civil courses in nit so I choose iiit sricity Institute I will get computer science and engineering there it is also my home state andhra Pradesh. Generally for iiit sricity cutoff for general will be from 26k to 36k I got iiit sricity in first round of josaa
Course Curriculum Overview :
the course that gives high package is cse so I choose that .the qualification of the faculty had all done there ph.d and they completed there btech m tech from nit iit universities maximum. There teaching method is good but quite fast we cannot understand sometimes because the syllabus is more and they had to speed up.exams were not much though the average marks for most of the subjects will be half or more than half of the total marks.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria placement is cgpa generally 7 ,for some high good companies above 8 ,7.5 is needed . the last year 2024 placements are not good due to recission.now 2025 placements are running successfully and good I do not know 2025 average package. When I joined iiit sricity 2023 for cse average 14-16 lpa is there
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
2nd year fee sem fee 320000 hostel fee 44000 mess fee 400000 health fee 2400 per year the fees are increasing every year for freshers it will be different ,no merit fee because it is jee rank based campus as for SC,st there may or may be money will reduce according to some government schemes,but I am general student I have to pay actual total fee
Campus Life :
In March or April for three day they conduct abhisarga fest only once per year with dance,dj everything will be good there .in October or November utkristha event will be there in underground area with most participations of freshers.all courses books will be available in library we can take them for free some days for learning.sports grounds will be very less in campus some are adding now,two table tennis inside,one shuttle court,1 cricket ground for space,2 volleyball courts,1 basketball court . They are technical clubs like iota,etc and non technical clubs like nirvana for health and history and arts club and dance club social group means some members will be there they will roam schools and give blood donation,swach bharat etc the infrastructure is good not best there is only one academic building
Hostel Facilities :
I had chooses hostel only when I joined there is no option of not joining hostel .there are two hostel building that has constructed bh3,bh 4 in last three years there infrastructure Is good to live in.in second year we had shifted to bh1 an old building irlt is not good .the mess food is considered as average to me.refistration process for hostel means before joining campus we will pay fees first they will give random with random I'd if students when i was joined in first year. Now for fist years they have freedom to choose which room they cab stay based on when they came to campus early or late.for remaining three years they will give you a form with which roommate you can stay in hostel room you can choose that's it.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Top companies like amazon, Accenture, Infosys, paypal, TCS, etc offered placements last year with offers in range of 5-15 . Highest package is 44 LPA and average package is 9 LPA. Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
