For getting admission you need to clear JEE adv exam and get a very good rank , This is one of the top college for negineering India . No doubt why i choosed this college . Before giving jee adv you need to clear jee mains paper and then you are elegible for adv paper than you need to clear exam and be in the top 1% to get admission in IIT's .
Why i choosed this civil course is honestly because of my jee rank , but i think it was all worth it if you get admission in the best IIT. Along with that I got relaly good exposure and opportunities here . I think that is what makes IIT good . Taking about faculty here they are really highly qualified prof mostly all graduated from IIT's and higher education form foreign universities , Exam here are conducted twice per sem one is mid sem other is end sem , along with that quizes are also there nearly in every two weeks , exam here are diffiucult because the question we get in paper are new and involves really good logic also we have realtive grading system which makes it fun and difficult both oh dw if you attend classes and follow prof it becomes easy for you to get good grades.
Yes alot of companies with really good stipend comes in 2 as well as 3rd of college they offer boths summer as well as winter interns , They comes for various roles from tech , to design , finance , consulting , management , ui-ux , digital marketing and so many roles .
Placements are really very nice it usually starts in december ie in the 7th sem , alot of big firms comes and offers really good pacakage all you need to do is hardwork and prepare well college gives you opportunities do don't worry about that , companies not only comes for tech but also for so many non tech roles too like finance , consulting , product design , management role and all.
The fees sturuture is roughly 1.4lakhs per sem and it comprises of all facilities like academic , hostel and lot of other allowences , roughly hostel n mess fees is of 22000 per sem , Taking about scholarships , many scholarships are available basis of parental annual income or merit basis , SC and ST categories of wavie off for the tution fees .
Taking about fest we have asia's lasrgest fest ie moodi , where we have lots of fun famous celebs , comedian , concerts of famous singers and lots lots of fun takes place , we also have techfest which is a. again asia's largest tech fest where we have robo wars , robots from different conutry participating and competing , and we have lots of clubs from tech teams making self driving cars to a mars rover it's too fun along with that so many fun clubs from dancing , singing , sports to social servicing so many .
Hostel mess fees here is nearly 20000 per sem , which gives us meal four times a day , along with that we also have tea parties, special dinner , special lunch and gala dinner in a sem which has really tasty and lot of varities. Hostel room is really nice specially for freshers and it is shared by 2 persons in fourth year we have single rooms , it as all the facilities availble from hot water to good internet connection available 24*7 . The hostels are inside the institute campus only and nearly 1km away from the lecture hall .
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
