- Faculty are very good and very polite. .
- Campus Life is good and friendly behaviour of teachers.
Dislikes
- Hostels are very bad and fee is too high.
- Mess food quality is average and canteen food is ok always fresh.
Remarks :
Near to my home and only cgpet exam is enough to get admission to this collage and admission process is based on cgpt marks. And management quota is also available in the college if you get direct admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty and course is good and teachers are also very helpful. Academics and the course is designed by the college but now it is affiliated to CSVTU. Semester exams difficulty is easy to moderate type.
Internships Opportunities :
No not yet . And company recently came are tata , cubelelo ,Google , reliance , TCS etc. students are guided correctly to make their mini projects perfect with their creative ideas and idea lab is also available to use machines like 3d printing , laser cutting etc.
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are good but don't aspect too much package amount. Eligibility criteria for placement is above 8 CGPA. Highest package is about 18 lpa. And the average package is about 3 to 4 LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure of yearly is about 80000 and some of the scholarship is also provided in the college . And if you belongs to ST or SC you also get some of concession fee in the amount.
Campus Life :
Bit college campus is around 80 acres with the ful of greenery garden around. The fest is also held every year and some of the events also occurs like hackathon. Library and book availability is good and you can borrow upto one month. sports facility also available like badminton court, cricket ground etc. Campus also conducted extracurricular activities like music,dance , cultural events etc.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel are very bad and food quality is average. You can take near pg or rental flat that are available in sindhiya nagar Bhilai , smriti nagar , Malviya nagar etc. And if you don't have any budget issue you can also check society flats.

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.

There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
