I gave MHT CET based on the score, the chose this college to pursue the degree. The good thing is the campus life, the lush green campus gives a lot of fresh vibe in the campus. The cutoff for college was 88 percentile.
The course curriculum is based on the latest NEP. The faculties are good but they might have been better towards the students. They have good teaching methods what they is easily understandable. They provide the schedule for the exams and are completed on time.
No, I haven't opted for any internship yet but there are a lot of opportunities for the seniors in 3rd or 4th year for the internship as alot of companies visit the campus in a short while and a good placement is also expected.
University has the TPO, training and placement office which provides the students enough knowledge for the placement drive and prepares them accordingly. The highest was 28 LPA and Avg was 7 LPA last year.
Annual fees for B.Tech Computer Engineering is 2 lakhs which in total becomes 8 lakhs for 4 years. The fees is constant and is not increasing by the years. There is no scholarship for any category student, all the students are eqaul to them.
The campus life is at its peak to bd honest. The students here are very nice and interactive. Talking about the fests, multiple fests are organised one of them is TECHFUSION which includes esports, physical games, dramas etc etc and is organised in the month of Feb or March 1st week.
The hostel costs 60K for 3 sharing, 65K for 2 sharing and 70K for 1 sharing. The mess charges are 50K for a year including breakfast, lunch and dinner of a great quality and hygiene too. I think this is the best affordable hostel a university can give.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
