- There is nothing to like about this college
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is very bad . Roads are broken , there is dust everywhere in college
- Campus life is very boring neither teachers nor students are interested in any sort of activities
Remarks :
There were no exams or interview to get into this college. One can directly take admission into this college. There is no hassle to take admission , admissions are always open. Good aspect is that teachers are very co-operative and bad aspect is that campus life sucks
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because it was related to my stream which i studied in my school. Faculties are well qualified except some of intern teachers,but after complaining about those teachers the authorities fired those teachers. Exams are held timely and the difficulty level is moderate
Internships Opportunities :
Internship will happen when companies will come to the college , here companies didn't even come there were no imterviews, internship or placements. We need some job experiences which will help us in future in our jobs
Placement Experience :
There is no placements or job opprtunities. I am planning to prepare for MAT examination and pursue MBA from any reputed college and get some good job oppurtunity. While taking admission into this college the authorities said that company placements will be done
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For first year the fees is 21700 and for the rest two years i.e. 2nd and final year the fees is same i.e. 19700. Also exam form costs around 1100 for regular students. Scholarships are available for the backward classes
Campus Life :
One complain we all have is about the campus it is not at all developed the roads inside the college have big potholes there is so much dust inside the campus because of the bad roads, several times students have fell from there vehicles because of the roads and the infrastructure of the college is also very bad. Annual was not being held from past years. Books in the library are very old no fresh books are there. Sports and curricular activites are conducted in college. There is a team called "Team Sankalp" which is run by students themselves.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.

There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

Placement Experience :
From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
