The admission process in this college was through CAP round by MHTCET exam...we were admitted in this college on Cutoff basis. The Cutoff for CS branch during 2022 was of 91 percentile in MHTCET The cutoff for IT branch was at 88 percentile during 2022
I was looking for a good engineering college in our area which will be the best for travelling and handling travelling and study balance..so in navi mumbai if you see MU afiliated colleges then DMCE stands out from all of the other colleges... From infrastructure to faculty everything is good...yes ,the teaching faculty can improve their teaching skills..
Talking about placements then in our college many companies and startups come for placements which offer a very good salary pakage for a beginner. the eligibilty criteria varies according to the companies but common criteria is of above 7 cgpa, and no KTs in last year.. many students gets placed in our college and the average pakage is of 4.5 to 5.5 lpa..

The fest in our college is called as MILESTONE and every year it is held during the months of Jan to Feb....these is 4 days Fest where students enjoy it ..there is a library in our college which has a very large seating capacity with availability of books which is accessible to all students during the college hours.....there are many extra co curricular activities like workshops , competitions , events ,hackathons, etc...
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
