- Infrastructure: infrastructure is excellent . AC properly works . Washroom send classrooms are always clean . There is no tension of Safety , parking . In our college caretaker room is also available where you'll find all of your lost things .
- Second most favourite thing is library . There is a very easy process of issuing the books . All books of each and every subjects are available. Book bank facilities also available . You can read magazines and newspapers there too .
Dislikes
- Guest faculty : because some of the teachers have so much of attitude . And they're not kind and generous. They actually judge you on the basis of your clothes , etc . And they have zero knowledge of the subjects and are still teaching :)
- I don't dislike canteen tho . But the price is over exaggerated in the quality of food is good but the taste is not that much worth the price . But each and every dish is available in the canteen .
Remarks :
Admission process was smooth . There was very good staff in admin office of each department. We all have CUET exam to take admission.. Cut off for BMS was high .. But in commerce department for general category it was 720+ Obc - 620+
Course Curriculum Overview :
My first choice was BMS . But cutoff for BMS was high .. so I opt for bcom hons .. Permanent faculty of the college is full of knowledge, experience and are very kind towards their children. Special mention to DR. Anand sir , he is the best teacher . Guest teachers should improve their teaching style . Like some of the guest teachers just read the book and yeah syllabus is finished ..
Internships Opportunities :
So many companies provide the internship opportunities but I have not availed any of them . As a fresher I have join so many societies so it's not possible for me or for any other fresher to do internship at this time .. But as we talk to our seniors they gave us positive comments about internship process .
Placement Experience :
There is a society of each department for placement and internship opportunity. They are active but I think as our college is in off campus , so it gets prejudice because of the location .. But location is very good.. I think this issue should be looked after by our HODs
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is no reservation in fees deposition .. Equal fees for each every student of same course . Scholarships are given to only toppers of rs. 10000. And even the price of course will increase by year wise ..
Campus Life :
Our college is famous for infrastructures so yeah there is no doubt in it. Library is one of the best facilities you will get there . Library has all the books available and there is very easy process to issue the books . Sports are quite active like boys team got all the opportunities but girls team is null . Extra curricular activities happen only in the societies . Classrooms are quite impressive . Kalrav is the annual fest of our college and it occurs in March . Playground is quite small so there are no such facilities of sports are available .. but college is trying its best .. Helpers are very helpful and kind .

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
