- The faculty of our college is one of the best things that i like in here
- Also the campus life is pretty interesting and people here are really good,helping nature and i love interaction with them
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not fully developed yet as there is still construction in process but in coming year this problem will be also solved
- The hostel food is not very fascinating but we have also registered complaint regarding the same issues
Remarks :
Many of my friends where already studying in this college already.I had a chit chat with them regarding the college and i got positive reviews regarding studies.Also the college administration is really very good.The teacher's are very intelligent with amazing teaching skills
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since in jammu and kashmir Bsc Cardiovascular technology is not that much saturated yet and also this course is new and provide a large number of carrier opportunities in future thats what made me choose this course.The faculty members are amazing and also the infrastructure of the college is well established with labs
Internships Opportunities :
I have recently completed the exams of 3rd semester and I'm doing internship for 40 days at helathsure hospital provided by college.Students can also take NOC and go to any medical facility as per their desire
Placement Experience :
Our college provides great opportunity for students with placement and jobs from well recognized Healthcare settings from all over chandigarh.Almost 40 persant stundents gets placed based on the interview.The minimum package for my course is about 25k per month initially
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly academic fee for the General category is 60000.The hostel fee is 5000 per month.Also the students which are having category certificate are provided with scholarship from the college administration.
Campus Life :
Infrastructure is well established with proper classrooms labs libraries canteens seminar halls.Also there are a number of parks and sports grounds for various activites.The overall environment of the college is good

Hostel accommodation is also good The mess food is average The registration proccess includes filling the hostel form with appropriate details and the hostel fee is approx 5000 per month Also students can rent a PG or room outside the college in kharar or Gharuan

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
