- The campus is green enough and hence you get very pure air and good environment to live in and is spacious too love in.
- The college faculties are good and some are very friendly and interactive and hence they help you with your courses and personal life too
Dislikes
- The campus is very far away from the main city and hence you need to travel 15 km to reach to main city and get your basic items from city.
- The college here is not so well maintained, and the placement here are very very bad, not at all worth of being a government college, and the placement ratio is less.
Remarks :
All Faculties are highly educated .All Faculties are supported and encourage to students for well future &higher study . This college is located green atmosphere . Infrastructure of college is good . Joining fees is affordable as fee structure The college campus is very big where students can enjoy their free time . These are the basic good things here and the bad thing is that the placements are not good and the college is very far from main city so no facilities here available.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum and the academic here is very normal one , not a latest one, the courses provided and the curriculum is not the u to date one which we need in our day to day life or our professional life, The course I opted was computer science and engineering, the reason being, it's department is good here compared to all other branches including the faculties, placements and the environment provided. The qualification of the faculty of computer science department is very high, various degrees from top colleges and is very intelligent and interactive.the term exams were on time and the paper were moderately tough, good enough for good people and tough enough for students who didn't study at all.
Internships Opportunities :
Not yet applied for an internship but the internship of in campus is more or less okay, as heard from the seniors if a student tried and works hard then he can get an internship and then get placed into a company afterwards,the major ones are in the IT sector, the internships offered.
Placement Experience :
The placements and job opportunities here are very less as compared to the other government colleges.the highest package offered here was 12lpa and that too for just once and the average package offered here is also very bad like 3-4 lpa , cse goes higher sometimes, but other branches are very less and the overall for all branches is very less . If no placements offered then I ll go for higher studies in foreign.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In this college the person year fees is around 40000, including tution fee(1500) , lab fee(1500), development fee(7000), registration fee(3000), university fee(3500), student activity fee(1500), etc. There are lot of scholarship available here, like post graduation scholarship which offers 20000 to general category students and 40000 to sc/st students.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is good but at the day time, there are shops of food items and a canteen too where you can have good foods and other items like beverages or anything of choice. Social life is more or less good but there is not much exposure from the college towards the real-life things. The library here is quite good because of the books and their quality, the availability and the management of books done, also there is a e library here. Sports are done here but the chances of getting into further sports is less. There are clubs like sanskriti club, robo steak club, and more. Overall things are good.
Hostel Facilities :
The campus life here is more or less the best part of this college, overall it's very good and hence you enjoy the most of the part you spend in this college. The mess and it's good quality is good but there are very less variety in the food offered to us by mess people. But the food is good , tasty and clean and hygienic.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
