No I didn’t had to face any of that i got admission on my merit it is best college in mumbai for commerce students and the placement this college provides are the best and all the faculty infrastructure environment is really great
Course Curriculum Overview :
I pursued BCOM course and we have total 6 semesters throughout 3 years of course 2 semesters each year the teaching faculty is great and for this course also placements are great the big 5 companies comes to this college for placements

You get internship opportunities also in college college provides you with assistance regarding this also and you get internships in recognised industries and big companies which can be a really great start to your career
Placement Experience :
The best part about podar is also there placements if you enroll in placement cell you constantly gets opportunities from various companies till you graduate and even after 2 years of your graduation and you can apply for any companies and you get total guidance from mock interviews process and youll be well taught about the process main thing is you get opportunities from Big 5 companies

If you are from open category fees are around 6500+ for 1 year of degree if you are from reserve caste its is 2800+ There is mahadbt scholarship also available Fees varries from Course to course this for bcom
Campus Life :
Best part about podar is its social life there are fests happening all the time be it sports fest cultural fests community fests music fests dancing fests all kind of main attraction is enigma which is one of the biggest fests and the energy is great if you are at this college you need to be part of this fest they have every department which you can be part of such as sports technical anchoring committee security backstage etc
Hostel Facilities :
There is no hostel facility but you can find many PGs nearby many students who came from outside stayed in the nearby PGs which are affordable and nearby from the college it is totally worth staying in pgs also

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.
