College is mostly joined by students with cet. No group discussions or one to one interviews conducted. In year 2023, 93.5percentile was the cutoff for mhcet for general category. Cutoff for sc/st categories ranged even lower and accesible for the respective cagtegory students. Preparation for these rounds is dependent on the respective student's mhtcet percentile Name of the respective college needs to be put on the priority list while the on going rounds,'selection will be done according to the student's respective percentile and college's respective quota.
Reason to choose this course was the strong and fueled passion for medical sciences. All the faculties are well qualified with most of them having a pharm d or m pharm degree or some with ongoing phd along with pharm d degree. Well versed in the field. Teaching method is verbal, digital and practical all three aspects are optimally fulfilled. 3 sessionals officially conducted of 30 marks each[both for theory and practical] Average of 2 sessionals conducted. Mostly 2nd sessional is difficult due to the vast amount of portion, but manageable for students due to rest of the 2 opportunities. Annual exam conducted of 70 marks respectively [both theory and practical.] Both marks add up to the final result , [average of 2 internal scores out of 30 + score of the annaul exam out of 70] Difficulty of the annaul exam is certainly high , recommended that it will be beneficial for students to score maximal in internals.
Aluminis recently are working in aditya birla memorial hospital as clinical pharmacists or clincial pharamcology. Every pharmd student is supposed to work for the hospital internship on a staple basis after their 5th year or from 5th year.
Eligibility criteria for placement is generally all clear in all subjects with no backlogs[ideal] May vary from individual to individual on basis of their skills. Yearly big event of gusto conducted , including cultural fests, shows, dance songs and other cultural activites. Other activites of pharmacist day, teacher's day conducted majorly to boost the teamwork, efficiency and skills of students. Library is well versed and equipped with books ranging from dipiro, koda kimble for pharm d exclusive subjject pharmacotherapeutics to books of mba for b pharm and d pharm students intitating to persuade respective mba post their current degree. Classrooms are decent and spacious, equipped with cctvs,good quality benches and 2 boards, one black board and other smart board for digital and visual learning . Sports day yearly conducted, sports acitivites conducted are little to none. Ipasf or indian pharmaceutical science student forum is a organization run by students for the wellness of students, arrangement of various events, seminars, sports, general meets. Key aspects of ipasf emphasize on development of soft skills of students.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
