Remarks :
First of all you have to clear NEET for this college. It comes under government University so it's demand is high. In Odisha only 2 colleges are under government University, it is one of them. Selection is done through OJEE.
Course Curriculum Overview :
BDS courses is good but very few government job is there. But in clinical practice there is very wide scope. Here faculties are highly educated. Most of them are IDA members. Teaching quality is very good . Yearly 2 internal exam are conducted. Most of the time class tests are done also. Viva and clinical works are regularly done.
Internships Opportunities :
Have a compulsory 1 year internship in the same college. There is total 8 department and have to complete all department clinical posting. Internship is paid. In internship you can get a 5000/- stipend.
Placement Experience :
After getting degree there is no placement. If you qualify OPSC then you can get a government job or if you qualify NEET PG then can do MDS. Otherwise you can do clinical practice also. If you do job in government then you can earn upto 40-50k per month but if you do clinical practice then there is no limit for earning.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Course fee is 300000/- per year. Except this cultural & sports fee 15000/-, Examination fee 15000/-, Transport fee 15000/- for all students ( for both day scholars as well as hostelite ). For Hostel you have to pay extra 90000/- for Non-Ac and 120000/- for Ac room. Each room have 3 bed ?????, with 3 racks for each and a attached bathroom.
Campus Life :
Library is good . All kind of books are available here for higher studies. You can borrow a book for Days at a time after that you have to reissue it. All class room are non AC. In summer it's very uneasy ????. Yearly one big cultural event occurs. 10-15 days event. Where last Days for convocation ceremony, white court ceremony and cultural dence done. Dinner ????? ???? done all 3 Days, DJ night also done . With this many other events are also done .
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is good but, food quality is not much. Daily menu food change. Weekly 6days nonveg only Monday is pure veg all day. Otherwise other days have one time veg and one time nonveg. Per day there is 4 meals, breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner. According to price it's good . Each hostel room have 3 bed ????? with attached bathroom. Hostel gate closed at 11pm at night and open at 6am morning. If you don't want to stay in hostel and if you stay outside the campus then there is many options available. Rooms according to bed count and all are available. For meal you have to contact with local food restaurants or tiffin services.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
