- Campus Life : Life at campus is very good I am a hostel boys then it is very good and it is not costly the hostel fees is about 3000 for 6 months and we will give 3000 to mess so it is very less and not costly to the students and the campus is very good and have very bright or campus have 3 blocks a block b block and c block in a block have academy block and the block have computer science engineering electronics engineering all the civil engineering and take and BTech students and d block we have another d block mechanical engineering all the students have go to the classes in d block.
- Hostel Facilities : I am a hostel of hostel is very good hostel is open in 2023 and I am the first match of the hostels I am get the hoster in 2023 first time and it is very good there are three type of rooms there three bedrooms some have two bedrooms and one bedroom set and at the room all have separate almirah and bats and have to study tables and cheers and everything that is used to in a hostel boy or girl there is no girl hostels there is only a boys hostels and now the student teachers hostel and security of the hostel is very tight no one can enter after 6 o'clock to the hostels and we will see all the postals is seen by the cameras everywhere be seen cameras 360 cameras they are very high profile cameras with night visions and everything
Dislikes
- College water management is very bad. Lifts are not working properly.
- College don't conduct festivals and programs
Remarks :
It is government college that was the factor I made to choose this college. Their is test name "HPCET" by which you can get admission here and you can also come here with your JEE Mains and CUET score. I had attended Jee main counseling.In Jee mains average cut-off was 40+ nta score and if you want to take admission in CSE Branch than your minimum nta score is 65-75+ in Jee Mains in OBC category.In GEN- 75+, For SC,ST-40-45+.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Approximately all teachers have done masters degree and persuing PHD their teaching method is good Examination level is tough in this college. Almost all teachers will provide you the notes for your examinations but you also have to study extra to maintain good cgpa.
Internships Opportunities :
No I am not going to internship because I am 4th sem so I am going at the end of the 4th sem to the internship and at this 7th 8th semester we are all going to internship that is compulsory the college is give us to internship
Placement Experience :
Replacement of our college is not very good because there is no much companies that are entered to our college because NIT was occupied all over the companies and after all that are not eligible in IIT then come to our colleges and average package is about 2.5 lakh there are one of the most expensive branch is a textile engineering that highest package is about 25 lakh per year but the average package of the textile engineering is about 6 to 7 lakh rupees there are only to colleges of textile engineering in Northern face first one in Himachal and second one in Jalandhar.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The institute has a total seat intake capacity of. Further, the courses provided by the institute is approved by AICTE. JNGEC courses are offered to students in stream, namely Engineering. Jawaharlal Nehru Government Engineering College courses are offered to students with a fee range of INR 2,20,000-2,34,850.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is normal not so bad and not so good. Social life is depend on your what type of life you want to live before taking admission in this college and there are no clubs. Infrastructure is also average.

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs
