Likes
- The distribution of crowd and how different departments are there in different buildings, the facilities like lifts projectors clubs and common rooms are there also there is no restrictions for clothes but there are two days in a week in which every student has to wear college uniforms.
Dislikes
- What i dislike is some teachers not from my department dominates students unnecessarily: for instance; one day we were on the lift ( there are separate lifts for faculty and students) the teachers entered the students lift the capacity was for 14 and 3 teachers asked all the 8 students to get down of the lift and one student refused to do so , so the teacher misbehaved with the student.
Remarks :
One of my friends suggested me for this college as the course fee was affordable and also there was no test for my course for other courses I don't know. Choosing this course will be my best life decision.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because of my preferences and priorities and the faculty here is experiences , polite and cooperative and exams are held at the ending of every semester,6 semester respectively, therefore the level was intermediate not so tough neither so easy.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
2,20,600 for three years without any scholarship. To detailify fee per semester is 36000 respectively excluding 1 sem as students have to pay 37000 for the first sem. Apart from there is dcpd fee 3500 , uniform fee 3300 fest fee 800 and other extra fees accordingly
Campus Life :
Campus life is good , fests like tech fest , youth fest and more are held in the month of September October and are super exciting. Library is available in each building respectively according to the departments and are open for everyone in the campus . Sports tournaments are also held inside and outside the campus a, clubs like dance , sports, ncc, and others and communities are also there for extra curriculum

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
