It is one of the oldest university of Uttarakhand and have a very big green campus With a good infrastructure having top notch faculty and security with zero ragging inside the campus Medical facilites for student
Course Curriculum Overview :
Academic studies are very good and faculties are very helpful and cooperative faculty are very knowledgeable in their field of study and opportunity to learn something new every day with lot of guest lecture
Internships Opportunities :
Hospital intership in the Himalayan Hospital which was very helpful to learn about clinical study and hospital work and culture and to know about human body and their disease to overcome them through yoga
Placement Experience :
No placement was given to our course it is the only drawbag of our course that the college donot give placement to students outger courses have proper placement with good salary package by good companies
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
30000 fees for one semester no scholarship was provided no reservation in fees but some amount of reservations are provided to the students of Uttarakhand otherwise no scholarship was given to the students
Campus Life :
Campus life is very joyful as the campus is very big and greenery all around the campus No night life in the campus as it is very strict regarding their policy and keep the environment safe for students
Hostel Facilities :
No hostel was taken by me but the hostel is very good safe and strict hostel food is very healthy and tasty unlike many colleges Students are kept in healthy environment with no outside influence by other

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
