A decent college which still holds its name in Mumbai

- Size of campus is very tiny and non availability of ground in college is a big miss.
- Campus life is enjoyable only when you are in any club as attendance is very low in classes
Remarks :
The good aspect are college are student friendly and staff are supportive also attendance is very lenient at 50% only. For admission one need to fill the online form of 500 rs from hsnc university website. There is no exam for this course and one can enter through 12th merit but one needed to be good in studies with good percentage in 12th grade as cut-off is higher side and admission closes at 89-90%
Course Curriculum Overview :
The main reason to choose this course is the curriculum which is based on the CA curriculum and are industry ready . The faculty is well qualified and are phd holders and their method of teaching is also good and understandable. There are two exam one is internals which is online and easy and end semester exam which is decently tough.
Internships Opportunities :
Top companies are TCS , Ashika capital, and some big companies like EY also come for internship opportunity and the roles are mostly accounting, finance and taxation based. The projects are mostly based on resolving issue of other firms and companies.
Placement Experience :
For campus placement one need to be good in academics and clear all the semester exams with good cgpa around 8.5 . The top recruiters are icici bank, axis bank and tcs ion . the highest package is around 10-12 lpa and average package is around 5.5-6 lpa . Almost 65-70 % students who applied for final placement got placed . The profiles are mostly accounting, finance and taxation based.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college has one time fee for whole year which is on my time of admission was 39411 and the fee will almost same for all year except few 100 difference. This fee include all things like course fee , exam fee , library fee etc. for whole year. All category has similar fee and there is no reservation on fee . One can apply government scholarship if they had completed junior college here.
Campus Life :
The campus life in the college is good until you are in any club as people in the college attends les lecture . The classroom has AC , Digital board, Charging ports in each row except some classes proper lights and ventilation and nice bench. There is dedicated sports club who arranges sports activities and tournaments in college. There are lots of co-curricular activities in college which is run by clubs. All the clubs and their social media platforms are run by students.
Hostel Facilities :
There is no hostel facility in the college as there is very small campus and people coming outside the Mumbai has to look for PG, Flats and private hostels for stay. The non availability of hostel is a big miss in college.

The Time I Had Spent in my College

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.
