Since I am pursuing CA I wanted a college where there was no pressure for attendance but the college had a good name and was accredited as well. HR turned out perfect for this matter. The admission process was pretty smooth, once the cut off list came out on the official HR College site, I saw my name on and applied. Luckily I got in with a smooth onboarding and there were no GDs held as such for admission.
I chose BCom since it was perfectly ancillary to CA Studies in terms of portion and attendance. The Faculty is well qualified and teaching method is straightforward. The faculty knows what they are teaching since they are experienced staff and have been in the college for multiple years.
Yes I have opted for internship. HR college has an official whatsapp group as well where the Placement Cell specially formed for this purpose, sends across ample internship opportunities of all types with deadlines and approximate stipend and work description. It bags decent companies and MNC’s and provides a platform to students to enhance their CV.
For BCom Regular, the eligibility criteria is to clear Semesters with a good SGPA. Some esteemed visited recruiters include EY, Deloitte, PwC, etc. Highest package in BCom would be low since students are doing articleship and not an actual job as an employee, so it would be anywhere between 20-30k. The average salary would be 8-10k. Percentage of students getting the degree is relatively low, pacing at 5-7%. I plan to join the corporate world after getting my degree.
The annual fees throughout the degree remained constant, the Variance was bare, being between Rs 10000 and Rs 11000. Scholarship was available on Merit. There was a lower cutoff for admission for Sindhi Students since the founder of college is Mr. Hassaram Rijhumal.
The only decent thing on HR Campus, which every existing student and Alumni would agree, is Raju’s Sandwich since they have a variety of fast food options and is right opposite to HR College in proximity, becoming a go-to place for the budding crowd after lectures / exams.
I did not opt for a hostel but the site is not allowed me to leave this area blank. I can describe the campus which included spacious lobbies, proximity to MCD and Marine Drive, tasty food and cricket ground near by, etc.
The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown, people are more focused on mental health, thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
Student must pass all the Sem for the placement or college is new thats why there was no records about placement, My after the degree to be a indie game developer and build an aweosom game with the help of C++
