- Our college has a lovely campus and surrounding
- In studies great admiring teaching staff, which is experienced and talented
- Patient numbers are insane which will allow us to get a lot more clearlity about the concept.
Dislikes
- Noting much to dislike but i think some areas can be improved like efficient management of patients
- In sport's our college is a bit below as compared to other private colleges
Remarks :
MEDICAL college recruit or admit students based on a councling held by NTA as state level councling. I chose this college or preferd above other because 1. This is one of the oldest college in Karnataka 2. This college have huge patient out flow which is proportional to exposure of students 3. One of the best and experienced saff and facilities. There is NEET exam for entry into medical college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because this is most respected and reputed with great responsibilities which i love the most Faculty in this college is best n best because they understand students situation and support as they have also studied from government college and students also equally respect them Total duration of course is 4 yrs and each year has 1 main exam to enter into next year. So total of 4 exam in whole duration of course They are avarage not too difficult not too easy.
Internships Opportunities :
Our college has its own hospital? each and every student has to do a complete of 365 days intership as ot is with every government college. We have departments eg surgery, medicine, pediatrics , OBG etc and every student is posted in respective departments for at least 1 month. Till the completion of internship.
Placement Experience :
After completing course most of the graduated student's appear for pg exams that is NEET PG and again go through councling to get into PG college Among 200 students at least 50 to 100 students get PG seats and remaining once do their jobs in clinics As of now I'm also thing of getting NEET pg exam cleared and pursue my future studies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In this course of MBBS we have to pay a total of approximately 1 lakhs per year for 4 years . Which allmost includes all the tuition, library, lab and all other fees For scholarship their is SSP a State scholarship program which talks of refurbishment of all fess we paid but we approx 70% of the total paid fees For all the candidates fees is same unrelated to their category or cast
Campus Life :
VIMS our college has approximately 100 acres of campus which includes medical , dental, nursing colleges hospital and hostel . Total of 4 to 5 festivals are been held in our college 1. Fresher's day 2. Graduation day 3. Ganesh chaturthi 4.new year 5. Karnataka rajothsava All are held on their respective months Some like fresher's day and graduation day in june and april respectively. We have a library for UGs and PGS which is as big as it can hold approximately 200 students at a time.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes , I have opted hostel . As i have shown pic of our hostel above it is brand new and beautiful the facilities we get are such that no one will believe that it's a government hostel As of food is concerned each hostel has their own mess total of 4 boys and some 2 to 3 girls Hostel and mess is runned by students which is one of the good thing about college as management is not involved in mess so we can prepare food which we love to eat and counter any problems related to mess easily and as early as possible which makes mess a pretty decent.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
