- Faculties are well qualified and experienced and take much interest in their respective subjects
- Infrastructure of hostel is good and campus is clean and green
Dislikes
- Practical equipments are outdated and don't work at all
- Gym is very poorly maintained no plates no dumbbells no barbells please do something regarding it😡😡
Remarks :
VIMS is one of the highly ranked medical colleges of Karnataka and there was no personal interview or group discussion before admission. Admission was solely done on the basis of performance in Neet examination
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and experienced and take much interest in their respective subjects Other staffs are also very useful Exams are taken on time and marks as well as attendance is maintained
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven't opted for any internship as college life itself is very busy and exhausting and intership is provided only after completing the 4 years of mbbs course until then you have no job to do as a medical student
Placement Experience :
Internship is provided in the college itself after passing final year university exams Stipend is given 30000 per month for 12 months duration of internship We get to learn a lot about different subjects in internship
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees per year is 65000 for general category students Its varies according to category and also various scholarships are based on category as well as State scholarship programs are also there for students admitted under state quota
Campus Life :
Campus life is not so exciting A park is there but it remains shut most of the time Gym is there for name's sake only No good canteen or hangout place is there There are large numbers of dogs wandering in the campus
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is good in infrastructure It is well equipped with elevators and proper flooring Cupboards and study table are provided per student Mess is at par with food quality being on and off depends on the mess prefect of that month

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

Placement Experience :
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
