- The one thing i like about the college faculty is they are very dedicated and experience and they are very eager to serve the next generation engineer like us . They all are extremely talented. I like the infrastructure of my college most their ate lots of greenery in the college for me i brought up and raise in uttarakhand do to me it the college infrastructure i like most . campus life is pretty interesting i love spending time with my friend i love attending lab with them .
Dislikes
- Nothing to dislike but yeah mess good not upto expectation.
Remarks :
I cleared JEE advance to get in this college In jee counselling takes place from a priority list i get into this college. No there will no any other written exam for this. And also because it is the best mining engineering college in india.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose mining engineering because it has very high scope of learning from ism It is one of the best college for mining and it influence me to know how the life of mining engineer would be that's the reason i love this course and also in the changing world towards technology makes less talented people every one is taking cse which you can also learn from you tube but these courses you have to take to learn the practical knowledge of the industry.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes i got intern in TATA Steel. My role is management trainee. Stipend is 40000 per month. I have to go odisha for the internship and i join in may 2025. I got this internship via tata steel women of mettle which i got a mail in my institute mail for this opportunity.
Placement Experience :
Their are pretty good placements and job opportunities. Many companies came into our college placements and internship and serve a pretty good package . The placement took place in final year of our degree and also it categorised as day 1 and day 2
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My tution fee is 100000. And i pay other fee accordingly as the semester that include other fee and hostel and mess fee.yeah i got post matric scholarship for uttarakhand student to pay my fee and it will be really helping me.
Campus Life :
Campus life is fantastic. The academic load 9s not that much . We can do lots of things expect academics .Like there are different clubs and society like for dancing LITM and WTC , for poetry LITC and chainika , for technology their are cyber labs and robo ism and also every sports club are available. Also different social group run by students like kartavya to help the needy children for their education.
Hostel Facilities :
Mess food is average do not expect much and at the time of admission we have to fill a form and we have to submit the mess fee and hostel fee. As we came here for our physical registration that day after filling a form we got our room here two people share room and in my session roommate were decided by management.

College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

You have to not active backlog in any subject. 8+ cgpa perefer first then below 8+. Eternal achievers, infinite solution, paul tech like local jamshedpur it company visit for placement. 80% students placed from our university. I will look for higher education.

I don't have any specific information about placements because I am still studying, but some seniors have got jobs which tells me that everything is fine. There are some seniors who work in Tata Motors and DRDO with good payments.

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

There is no campus placement in this college, so we have to plan our own jobs or internships after completing the course. Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

Recruiters like small IT companies, training firms and a few core-related companies have visited. The highest package was around 6–7 LPA and the average stays near 3 LPA depending on the branch. Around 25–35% students get placed from campus and others go for off-campus drives. Internships are mostly arranged by students themselves through online platforms. After completing my degree, I plan to prepare for off-campus jobs and also improve my technical skills to get a better job in company or in government job
Expensive college with mediocre placements
Placement Experience :
Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
