The college has one of the best infrastructure in whole Delhi University. Also is in top nirf colleges. For selection there is entrance through cuet ug examination, and no other process is there . And admission is on merit basis
Faculties are very helpful and bit strict about academics but always focuses on the needs of students. And provide different materials not only for college but also for government exams preparation. Course is 4 year program and gives a degree with research. And there is only one semester exam held by university of delhi and no other exams. Assignment and tests are taken monthly.
No, I am not searching for any internship or placement as I'll be persuing my master's degree after graduation. But there is a seperate training and placement cell which provides placement and campus interview along with different internships
There is a separate training and placement cell working for internships and also few companies come for students of journalism hons. And other courses also got placement opportunities and the specific course I'm persuing is academically oriented
Annual fee is 16,340 and all other amenities are free of cost and if living in college's girls hostel then additional fee is charged of around 48,000 per semester including everything. Annual du scholarships are also offered and also different government and private scholarships are offered. There are some concession for reserved categories
Campus is very big, safe and nice, full of greenery. The college holds one of the best infrastructure in University of Delhi. Annual fest is held in month of February and March. A double floor air conditioned Library is present with no charges to issue books. There are different sports like volleyball, football, basketball, baseball, cricket, rugby , softball, kabaddi kho kho etc . Also there are different society for eca like dance drama art music etc
I'm living in a pg near by and there are localities like new Ashok Nagar, dallupura, mayur vihar phase III, noida sector 11, laxmi nagar etc. where affordable pg with AC ,non AC and food non food are available also there are available flats with all amenities . The process to get hostel depends on merit and distance of home town. And the further process are given by college itself after form is filled

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
