Remarks :
Good aspects of college includes that there are vide variety of stuff to explore or grow yourself. As such no bad aspect everything is good. Admission process is easy you need 75% above marks in 12th for computer science and engineering. But the student below that can also afford the seat. My interview is not conducted I have got seat on basis of my marks
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have interest in coding and I want to explore more so I have Choose BTech Computer science and engineering Faculty of the college are superb they are well professional they teach well and teachers are frank. There are 2 mid semester test in 1 semester and than final PTU exam
Placement Experience :
Placement & job opportunity is also good students get lot of opportunities to explore. eligibility criteria for placement is 60% or more Highest package is 45lacks and min is 4-5 lack Min 70% to 75% students get placed
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The registration fees for booking your seat in college is 5000 after that your seat is confirmed per semester fees includes 64000 per year fees is 128000 and more. Bank loan case is also available. Scholarship is also available through PTU registration.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is amazing. Campus is very big exploring the campus is my favourite thing. There are so many fest and events in the college. The main college fest of college is Parivartan and it is conducted in October or November. It is the college biggest fest and people come from different places and cities for this fest. There is sport meet in February and students who participate in sports have big opportunity to develop their skills in it they get lot of opportunities. There are so many clubs in the college that includes technical club,dance club, rangmanch,sports club and so on

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
