- There are 2 things that i don't like about my college is 1) If you want to take leave then you have to submit a application to Hod
- Marks are directly uploaded to parents group
Remarks :
Good Aspect College campus is very good and offers a number of physical activities/sports Snacks at food court is really affordable Trips are done on yearly basis Movie promotion singers come on regular basis Many workshops happens Bad Aspect Main focus of the college is on MBA and btech as they are the future
Course Curriculum Overview :
BCA course is really good as it provides us information and knowledge about computer applications and coding i choose this course as I was interested in coding since I was a child and i loved coding and want to build my career in this Exams happens on regular basis in every 1.5 months MST happen that is of 25 marks there are 2 mst and average of both are taken at last
Internships Opportunities :
Not yet my internship starts in next semester but if you want to opt you can opt for intership as college provided many opportunities for us to choose internship stipend is offered about 15000 per month with certificate and 4 minor and 2 major project
Placement Experience :
Placement drivers are really good and students who choose in campus placement actually gets job offer 80% placement per year and mahindra tata amazon aditya birla such companies comes for placement minimum 75% is required
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Hey I'm vansh from CGC Landran pursuing BCA. This is a really good college for pursuing your career further and taking about the fees structure of BCA it is 40000 per semester and yearly it's about 80000 and in 3 years it will be 240000 fees is not increased and fees structure for SC ST is different from general ones eligibility criteria for BCA here is 60%+ in 12 class Many scholarship are also available for the students and financial aid is also provide for economic backward classes
Campus Life :
Life at campus is really fun and amazing gets to interact with others get to know about their culture Parivartan is the main fest which happens in between March April it's is of 2 days singers actors dances musical performances happens Sports room is there many indoor and outdoor sports are also available and sports days also happens
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I live in hostel and living in hostel is very advantageous classes starts at 9 and it hardly take 2 mins to reach our block Food quality in mess is really good and menu changes every week and offers a variety of food 4 meals a day is available breakfast 730-9 Lunch 12-2 Snacks 430-5 Dinner 730-9 Process of applying for hostel room is very simple you have to go to block 2 that is the registration block and meet Mr Manmohan there

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.

Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
