The St xavier's college ranchi known for it's academic excellence.This made me choose bcom in this college and you know what this college stands first in ranking in jharkhand for commerce.For admission there is entrance exam,the syllabus for entrance exam is very easy and the eligibility criteria for this test is student must passed class 12th with minimum 50%.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose bcom accounts in this college because this college stands number one in jharkhand for commerce. The faculties in our department is highly qualified like most of them did higher studies like ca,Cs.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fees for bcom accounts in st xavier's college ranchi is 42900 .When I was admitted the fees was 33650 but from 2024 fees increased to 42900.For reserved category discount is allowed and also scholarship given to reserved category student.
Campus Life :
Life in campus of st xavier's college ranchi is so joyful as college offers many things to do other than studies like college have indoor hame facility and outdoor too like college have big grounds and basket courts.And for personality development there are many clubs like ncc,nss.
Hostel Facilities :
I didn't opted for hostel as it's always full but I heard many things about hostel that the hostel have very strict rule. There are three hostels in our college a,b and c block.Every hostel have their own mess,which provides good food.

College give only about 30% placement and there is very few companies or hospitals which are visited to the college for the employees. You have to do it with yourself when you are go to the internship. The highest and average package as I see is about 30,000 per month and maximum to 50,000 per month And I saw that student who top is maximum getting chance for the placement which is rare .
Netaji Subhas University is best for engineering in low fee and for who is already doing job

The intern is provided for training in nearby schools in 3rd semester. It is unpaid internship basically done under the curriculum.It is compulsory for the students to complete this teacher's training to get the B.ed degree. There is no such placement opportunities You have to go off campus to get placed in any school.

Eligibility criteria for jobs depends on companies, mostly they ask for basic knowledge and skills related to the course. Some students do internships on their own in local companies or online. My plan after degree is to prepare for government jobs and also apply for some private jobs related to my field. Overall, college is good for learning, but for placements you have to work on your own

Expensive college with mediocre placements

Placements are mediocre in my branch ece. Last year 60-70 percent students are placed. Average package is 13lpa approx and highest in my branch was 58lpa. Core companies like NXP come for placement. Tech companies like foipkart, meesho, visa, goldman sachs come for placement.
