I have seen on youtube and on various websites , google searched like top engneering colleges , and according to my percentile i got vit so this was the best i could get , no clg visit , nothing just some research on internet
Actually the syllabus and overall structure is good , we dont have to just write exams we actually have to form group of 5 and whole sem we work together as group in various aspects like course projects , group discussion , seminar / presentation , and also lab exam , the subject is divided in this format and 20 marks for each aspect that sums up to 100 , 40 is passing criteria , most of the faculties are phd nd have depth knowledge in their subject
as everyone knows thers recession going on so it is quiet downside as compaired to last 2 years but still i have seen many ppl getting more than 15 lpa and even 20 lpa , avreage ill say 6-7 lpa , but a lot of companies have visited , still many ppl are unplaced
tution fees is around 120000 , devlopment fees around 15000 , exam fees 10000 , other 35 000 , about other categories fees is same but they get mahadbt scholorships , around 80000 rs are paid by this scholorships for obc and ebc , for sc st only devlopment fees is taken everything else is by the scheme
In vit social life is a huge thing , we have more than 40 clubs , and over the years 100s of activities are done , most overwhelming is Vishwakarandak that continues for 2 weeks and its a sports + cultural competion for a trophy , every department competes with eachother , this year the theme is game of thrones and every department represents a hous from GOT
VIT dosent have any hostel of their own , many private hostels and pgs are present nearby , but i am staying in flat , because it is more convenient , i prefer eating outside whatever i like , i am not bonded to some regular mess food , lso hostels are quit far from clg as compaired to flat
The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
Student must pass all the Sem for the placement or college is new thats why there was no records about placement, My after the degree to be a indie game developer and build an aweosom game with the help of C++
