- The many sports facilities. Every campus has its own sports Complex including gyms and swimming pool
- The greenery all around campus, and the many events happening all over the campus all the time.
Dislikes
- I hate the fact that it's pretty easy to feel lost, with all the events happening all around.
- The time table of classes are veery absurd. The classes for a few start from 10 - 6 in the evening.
Remarks :
We faced a computer based online aptitude test named as KIITEE. Apart from this no group discussion were held. The whole process was online. The percentile gained in this exam is the basis on which admission is given. This exam is done in multiple phases. But the number of phases are not fixed for any year. Online board level preparation is enough to pass this exam. No extra preparation is needed. I did have other options but this was cheaper than the others out there, cheaper when comparing the facilities to the fees. Also it was better than the other options in had out there. Also the placement statistics was a reason for me to choose this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have done coding before and have been genuinely interested in this field. Also this is the most popular and booming sector so i do hope for a good package by taking this couse. The teachers here are very highly qualified. Most of them are phd graduate and are doing some kind or other sector. They are very knowledgeable. But this is true that not all of them are great educators, but you do get to know your way around. The term exams are held twice one as mid sem and the other as end sem apart from this throughout the whole semester continuous evaluation is done comprising of quizzes and assignments. The difficulty is not that high and is easy if u study a little.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility for the placement is basically ig an ch pa of more than 7.5 in the final year. Companies come on campus as the placement drive takes place. Kiit say it provides 100% placement. The last year highest salary was 53 lakhs. I plan to sit for the placement as well and my goal is to join a company where I get growth and exposure.

Through KIITEE entrance exam Registration fee for the chosen curriculum-?65000(refundable if want to back out from college in a particular duration) +?10000 (non refundable) Hostel admission fee(one time) - 15000 Hostel fees(per semester) :- 2 bed Ac - 60000 3 bed AC -50000 2 bed non AC -40000 3 bed non AC -22500 For premium facilities i.e. attached washroom an extra ?10000 is to be paid. Laundry fee - ?3000(per semester) Hostel mess fee - ?25000 (per semester) previously it was ?22500 incremented by ?2500 Through the KIITEE entrance exam scholarship available for the top 1000 students. In this scholarship a certain percentage of the tution fees is deducted. Here the fees is fixed. For other streams the tution fees differ. Core branches -?175000 Electrical branches ?190000
Campus Life :
In the campus you can feel pretty cozy while roaming around. The campuses are scattered around with all the greenery and also has beautiful gardens where you can hang around with your friends. It also has sculpture Parks garden libraries open air theatres and rose gardens . It also does have a lake of it's own. You can also find food court in almost like every campus. Though it might take some time to go from one campus to the other, but there are always some or the other way shortcuts and you can also get an e-vehicle if you get a seat :> This year the fest is held on 14,15,16 Feb. It's a big event in which all the societies organises various competitions and a one day cultural and for 2 days star night is held. Well built air conditioned classrooms and smart board available in all of them. Offers a good space to practice a variety of sports and well built courts and various swimming pools. There is one main central Library which is extremely pretty and has a very good ambience.
Hostel Facilities :
The good is average. Some of the dishes are in particular which are very bad.. But most of them are good enough. But the quantity of the food is not enough. To opt for the hostel an concent form is sent during the initial phase of your admission where you select the kind of hoatel you want to opt for. There are times when one might not be given the hostel kind of their choice and be given a different kind of hostel... This is subject to availability. There are hostels both inside the campus and also outside. But if given the choice do choice the ones inside the campus. This is cause the ones inside are more monitored the food quality is better and regular inspections are done.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
