Remarks :
The good factors are the name of Rizvi. Its reputed in architecture. Rizvi is still one of the top college for architecture in Mumbai Apart from the infrastructure, the college and overall experience is pretty great. I appeared for Nata exam, which is specifically for Architecture and is conducted every year by Council of architecture (COA). I got 136 out of 200 in nata And 69.69% in hsc exam Which gave me a good merit score. I got in Rizvi through cap rounds. I had put Rizvi on 3rd. In the first list i got it. But didn't chose it. Then later in the second list i locked Rizvi and got the admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choosed architecture because i always wanted to create. To do something which stays even after i leave the world. And what better way than designing and completing people's dream homes. All of the faculties are M.arch means they have done master in Architecture. Thats the basic requirement to be a professor in architecture. And each of them are pretty good at what they do. There are 2 semesters in a year and the exams are conducted accordingly. They are 4 written exams that occur in Architecture.
Internships Opportunities :
I didnt work at college for the internship. For internships students can opt for choosing their internships on their own, they can make their portfolios and send to the firms anywhere they want. It should more than 90 working days. Thats the requirement.
Placement Experience :
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The basic tution fees is 1,33,500 rupees a year. Then additional 4000 rupees is conference fees( which is all the events, conferences, programs) Then 3500 Nasa fees that is ( National association of students of architecture) Nasa is a student body which conducts Design competitions. So the for that enrollment and participation. So the total goes to 141,401 rupees that is One lakh forty thousand four hundred and one. The basic fee is pretty much same for 5 years. Not much of a difference.
Campus Life :
The campus and social life is the best. The teaching, non teaching staff, they are friendly and pretty chill. Most of the times we are in studio doing our work playing music and vibing. Archfest is the annual fest which happens in Rizvi architecture around JUNE. The second event is Apic. Which is kind of a conference event held in college campus. Major architects and renowned professors and guests give conferences. It Event also includes students talent show, Junior ice breaking, dj night etc. In Archfest the whole campus is re designed the paint, the art installations, the models, everything is done new. The students stay in college and have fun and work. It includes prom night, class of the year trophy, students prize distribution etc. We also host sports during Archfest. Rizvi architecture has its own football, cricket and volleyball team. Which plays at inter college events. The football teams has significant numbe rof trophies and medals.
Hostel Facilities :
There's no hostel. Majorly students live nearby by renting a flat with their friends. Hostel was their but it was emptied we neevr knew why. Now the students live on their own. In a costly place like bandra. When the hostel was running, the fees was 5,000 a month.

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.
The Time I Had Spent in my College
Placement Experience :
Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.
An industry focused learning experience
Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

Placement Experience :
The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
