- The thing I like about my college is mostly it is having peaceful environment far away from the city and very good number of trees around the campus. The college campus is also having a more open place for walking and running.
- As it is an Industrial Hub there are almost all 200 Industries around the Sricity with a very Good Infrastructure. Some industries like ISUZU, KOBELCO and many more . Exploring those industries gives you different experience.
Dislikes
- The things I dislike in my college is the infrastructure which is not at all satisfied as only less facilities are provided even after taking huge amounts from the students. But now the college is showing some improvement in the infrastructure and takes some more years for good campus life.
- I also dislike the facilities provided for the games and sports are very limited and they only concentrate on students who have some experience during their schooling and intermediate phase. The grounds are not maintained well and even there is no indoor for badminton. So very less facilities are given for games and sports
Remarks :
The factors that made me choose this college is that for my rank this is the only decent college I am getting compare to other colleges and I also enquired with some of the seniors regarding the college they told the college is ok. And also it is near to my place compare to other IIIT's I am getting. We can apply for this college through Josaa counselling which of 6 rounds and also CSAB counseling which of 2 rounds. We need to submit some of our certificate like 10 th memo, 12 th memo and aadhar etc.. Through online during the counseling. I got this college in CSAB counseling. The good factors of the college are it's having a peaceful environment far from. The city and also we can feel a different experience of being away from cities for 4 years. The faculty is also well qualified here and they teach very well. The bad factor is only with the fees as it is very high. For that I don't feel this college is best but it is ok. This only bad factor what I feel is now.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The college Course Curriculum is the biggest advantage for this college. It follows the course curriculum of IIIT Hyderabad which is one of the most prestigious IIIT's.All the faculties were well qualified who did their PhD 's in IIT's, NIT's and some faculty even did their Master Degree(MS) in foreign Universitys. Before we used to have 3 mid term exams and each carries a weightage of 25% each and also they conduct lab exams, quizzes for some courses in every sem. But from now the term exams were reduced to one mid term and one end sem exam and also the quizzes and lab exams. The first mid term have a syllabus of 1 , 2 units and end sem have a syllabus of 1 to 6 units.The difficulty of exams are moderate to difficult and the grades are given by relative grading. We also have Computer Lab, ECE and some Research labs. Some electives like Cyber Security and VLSI and etc are also there. My course is AI&DS and I chosen this course because for my rank I felt this course would be good
Internships Opportunities :
The internship opportunities are also very good in our college with a decent stipend. The companies like Microsoft, Yahoo, Swiggy and etc provide internship opportunities for the students who have good knowledge about the recent trends in software development. There also some work from home internships for students who are very from the work place. They make the students involve in some real time projects and give them full training on what to do and how to complete a particular project with in the time during the internship. Some students in my college also got a stipend of 100000 per month in some companies who are extremely skilled. Some Companies also provide Pre-Placement offers for students who perform well during their internship with a decent package. For now, as I am in second year I haven't done any internship. This is regarding the internships and their stipends provided in my college.
Placement Experience :
The placements are in our college are decent and bit better compare to some other lower IIIT 's. There is a good percentage of placement in our college with decent companies and packages. The eligibility criteria for the placement is 7.5 CGPA and some students also try outside the campus for placement. Some recruiters like Microsoft, Amazon, Motorq, Swiggy, Deloitte and etc The highest package in our college this year is around 29 LPA and Average package is something around 9 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is almost all 80% which is a decent one. In the placement wise, the recruiters are mostly focusing on full stack developers and also students who are skillful in AI and Data Science. I want to get a placement in campus placements as getting job outside is bit difficult. This is my plan. So our college in placement wise it's ensuring every student gets maximum chance of placing if the particular student is skilled and better in some domain.

No student based on category is getting an exemption in the fees. The scholarship for Ap students like JVD, and students Eligible for Central government scholarships can apply for NSP. The total fees almost reaches 1700000 after four years of completing the BTECH.
Campus Life :
Our Campus Life is not that good compare to some other colleges but I say it's decent. We have Utkrishta Fest which is a Techno-cultural Fest that happens in the month of November And our college biggest Fest is Abhisarga which is a massive event In the month of February.Our classrooms are decent with central AC' s and projectors. The classrooms are of three types 60 seater, 120 seater and 80 seaters.We also have library with materials which are referred for the courses.The college also provides wifi connection with a decent speed all over the academic block. The sports and games facilities are not that good compared to other colleges.The other games like table tennis chess have some good facilities here.And also we have basketball courts near our hostels and also have volleyball courts.We also have some inter house competition during the odd semesters every year.We are also having some technical clubs which very active like conducting sessions and Hackathons.
Hostel Facilities :
Our hostels are very decent compare to other colleges.They give bed cots and chairs and tables for every student and they also give separate fans for every student. Each student gets a cupboard to keep his things which very sufficient.Each hostel have 4 floors with a ground floor also we have lifts in hostels which are in good condition. Water filters and also washing machines are provided for every floor and common washrooms that are okish. The mess food is also good compare to other colleges and they also keep chicken twice for every week and on sundays they keep Biriyani. The taste is not so spicy and it is pure south Indian style. They also provide chapatis in lunch and dinner. They also provide breakfast and also snacks. And they also provide wifi in hostels and mess. In the first year the hostels will be alloted by the management itself.Girls hostels are outside the campus and 10 people in one flat. There is also a gym which is not that well equipped but a decent one.

Those students who are in 5th semister are eligible for campus placements. Around 70-80% students are placed every year in top reputed companies with decent salary. I received placement offer from TCS . That was because of placement cell of Ashoka.

The campus placement is really good . Most of the students get placed in small or big company at last the moto is to have a job not focusing on salary where the salary does not matter. above 75% is the eligibility to sit in the campus placement drive if the company give their eligibility criteria or else no.

Considering current job market the Placements and job opportunities are satisfactory with mass hiring companies such as Accenture, Infosys and Capgemini being the highest bulk recruiting service based companies where 20-30 students get placed out of a class of strength 70, students are asked to register in their Third year for placements , The eligibility criteria is to not have any active backlogs and ready with structured resume though students are filtered with their CGPA , they will be rounds of aptitude and problem solving and having good DSA background will help a lot . The Highest packages is from Infosys which give 16+ LPA to students with advanced DSA knowledge but majority are placed between 4.5 - 6 LPA . Many students opt for higher studies by preparing for competitive exams or use their strong alumni network to get referrals are big Tech companies.

In my college,the highest package is 35lpa and lowest package is 2lpa. Many companies was visited to my college for placement like tech Mahindra, Infosys, auto desk. Coming to the placements, their was many competition to get the offer.
Good infrastructure but needs better faculty.

Students with cgpa greater than 9 are considered first for placements indirectly. They will get more companies. And there will be bulk hiring for most of the students. TCS , Cognizant etc will come . And I feel the placement training team CRCS will train the students mainly competitive programming . Because they focus more on this .Also they will teach you each and everything ranging from how to write the recruitment exam to how to attend the HR interview. Even if you want to go for higher studies, they will guide you through it. The average package is around 10 LPA. And the highest is 50 LPA. Most of the students are placed through the University placements itself.

Percentage of students placed is in the range of 70%-80%. I am planning to prepare for Bank exams after completion of graduation.
