During my time, admission was based on merit or 12th board scores. Since I did not score high enough to secure my preferred course, I had to choose this course as it included the subjects I wanted to study. The college is located in South Delhi and has a good reputation among South Campus colleges, with a decent student crowd. However, the campus is small, and the infrastructure is not well-developed.
The majority of the faculty members are PhD holders, and the exam level is moderate. You can easily score well by studying previous years' question papers. However, many teachers are not highly engaged in teaching and often rely on shortcuts to cover the syllabus.
There were no internship offered to our course even if they were they were majority meant for B.com students and not for others altho anyone can apply for them but they were not useful for the future.
Placement and internship opportunities are majority for B.com students and some how for economics student otherwise no placement opportunities is available for other courses. Initially the opportunities were available but since newly inducted students were unable to bring opportunities for each course and hence not everyone except a few were able to get job opportunities and even internship.
The total fee for the three-year program is ?27,000. For candidates in the unreserved category, the first-year fee is ?9,700, while the remaining amount is approximately ?7,500 per year for the subsequent years. However, if you belong to a reserved category, the fee will be significantly lower.
Social life at DCAC is vibrant and enjoyable, ensuring a great experience throughout your course. Although the campus is small, the memories you create here will be invaluable. Books are generally not available and fest are on society level.

IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
