Good aspects is Patient flow is good . Working environment is bit tense but you get to work and handle most of the cases with your seniors . Bad aspects is Hostel environment is poor hygiene No hostel facilities
Being an MBBS doctor was my dream . I choose this field . Faculty is well qualified with very doctor is MBBS and MD or MS in respective field . We have to face 4 exams in every prof . We have 4 prof to study . 3 internal exams and 1 university exam . Difficulty level is moderate to hard .
Internship in MBBS course is at the end . It is for 12 month here we work in different departments and take cases accordingly . We learn to handle emergency cases . From blood collection to managing surgeries is the task in internship . For internship you must pass all 4 prof. You will get 18000 ? per month as a stipend .
Internship you get stipend of 18000 per month . In pg as you give NEET PG examination get around 80 to 90 K stipend per month . Further you can opt for goverment or private practice . I haven't decided any plans yet . May be appearing for pg examination working as a health medical officer .
General category 130000 EWS category 65000 OBC SC ST category it is around 1000- 15000 Merit is based on NEET UG examination which is 720 marks mcq examination . Further maharashtra state medical council allots you college as per merit .
Campus of GGMC AND JJH is about 35 acres . It's built in 1845 as we celebrated 179 years of healing . Fest are various , Kurukshetra Sangharsh and Antarang are our main events in and educational year . Various clubs as GGMC Dance club Drama club Books club are there .
I have opted hostel . It costs around 4 k per year . Very cheap in area like Mumbai . Hostel facilities are very poor as typical government hostel . Donot expect princess treatment if you wanna join GGMC AND JJH .
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
