Likes
- The only thing i like in this college is that there is a very holy gurdwara in walking distance .
- After the gurdwara there is good parking which is clean and stable .
Dislikes
- I dont like students of the college they are not my type because mostly students are of villages and there is not a good vibe in the collage i don’t like anything.
- Classes of the college are not good at all they are not cleaned and not well maintained .
Remarks :
My circumstances made me choose this college as it was nearby to me easy to go And during the admission No I didn’t faced any difficulty during the admission nor i paid more fees for admission but some students told that they paid more but for me it was normal and easy i filled only one from . My any friend wasn’t taking admission with me so I didn’t faced any group discussion
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choosed this course according to my commerce stream i did in my 12th class so thats why i choosed bachelor of business administration which was related to my school studies . Teachers are polite no doubt about it but there is no seriousness in teachers for the students for teaching like in first year they do not give regular classes but in my fourth semester which is right now they are very punctual and give daily classes but not in first year . The mid exams in every semester were taken after 40-45 days when semester starts and final exam are taken in 3 months when semester starts .
Internships Opportunities :
As i an studying right now in fourth semester so i can’t do internship because during the admission time they told my that placements are given in last semester which is 6 . So I haven’t experienced internship and placement yet .
Placement Experience :
As i was told about the internship during my admission i was told that 5 semesters there is full time study but in the last semester it is related to internship and placement. But honestly I haven’t seen or listened students getting effective placements from this collage but some students do get placements and internships .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
On the very beginning during the admission time i paid 2000 of the documents for the admission . Apart from this i paid 15800 my first semester fees . I was told that my yearly fees is 28800 roughly or 30000 so i paid 15800-16000 during the admission time and than 12400 after completing first semester . In second year they asked third and fourth semester fees together which i paid around 28000 . Moreover the fines i paid due to my short attendance are different from this. If we are talking about increasing fees i dont think so it is increasing if it is increasing it is very nominal . For the complete course yearly it is roughly 30000 so you can estimate it.
Campus Life :
Honestly speaking i literally dont like the life at campus because the students in the campus are totally different than me there thinking is not like me and mostly students are from villages so they are not much organised and clean . Library of college is not quite at all you can read in that and there are not much books also . I never issued any book from library because it is not good . There is not much activities related to sports or nor I viewed . There is social group in collage they roam here and there all day and do nothing . There is one group and club for the students but not any website .
Hostel Facilities :
As i know about my college there is no hostel in my collage . I can be wrong also but as i know i dont think so there is any hostel mess . But recently one canteen is opened is the collage which is very small and giver four to five kind of treats we can eat i dont think so it is fresh and hygiene as it is not purchased daily by students on regular basis . Nor i dont know pgs in the college and i really feel there are no pgs no hostel no mess in this collage .

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.
Good infrastructure, average placements, active campus life
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
