- College infrastructure is quite fascinating and looks decent,,it have central library, different grounds for different sports , fully furnished classes , auditoriums and seminar halls with AC facility that can hold upto 500+ students at a time
- Faculties are good and understanding,,the method of their teaching is good too
Dislikes
- The best thing is the fee affordability and infrastructure and the opportunity it provides
- Less practical implementation of certain things,,,this is what I missed in this college,, overall it's good
Remarks :
Well although the academic are good , teachers provide good support and courses fee are quite affordable being from a middle class .. The college offers a scholarship test ,named Qu- care scholarship test which gives upto 100% scholarship so as to help students financially.. Even I also got scholarship of 40k in my first semester,,,you can also get concession in your fees based on your ranks in several competitive exxams
Course Curriculum Overview :
Basically I found my self to be interesting in tech field,, thatswhy I chose btech in cse,,,,the course is good,, Teachers are supportive too,, all you need is focus and consistency,,,,all teachers are well qualified and explain in the best possible way for students .. In one semester,exams are organised two times: mid-semester exams and end semester exams ,,,that help students to easily remember concepts
Internships Opportunities :
Till now,I have done no internship,, currently I am in my second year and learning skills and preparing myself for getting intership in end of 3rd year...so my current focus is on learning dsa and web dev to become a good engineer and a good intership or placement
Placement Experience :
Your placement,on campus placement are available too and you can also go for off-campus placements...my plan is basically to get prepared for both ,off and on campus placement,, minimum percentage or cgpa for sitting in interview is 7.5 + and even better it should be above 8 CGPA.. The average package is basically 6-7 LPA while the highest off campus package is around 50-60 LPA in oracle,,, highest on campus package is 12-15 LPA and sometimes it goes to around 33LPA as I have heard form my seniors
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Well the fee structure vary from year to year,,,In the first year fee might be a little higher due to registration fees, uniform fee, and fee of the books of your respective courses,, Being an engineering student,first year fee may go around 1 lakh 35 thousand something,,, which also includes your transport fee ,if any.... Our college also offer scholarship based test that will give upto 200% scholarship to students if they got good marks,,,, So basically the fees vary from 1.20LPA to 1.40 LPA or sometimes even less
Campus Life :
DHAROHAR: the biggest event of our college that is conducted in April every year,in which there are variations of programs for students like singing, dancing,act, games,and many more.... The event goes for almost three days , where on the last day,guests are invited. Either singer or some great personality ... Overall the event and others preparations are good and enjoyable...For three different days there are different dress codes which brings fun and excitement among students
Hostel Facilities :
No I have not opted hostel I am a day scholar,,, but hostel facilities are quite good ,,or you either go for pgs outside the college ,,,the hostels are good as per the hosteler living there and will take care of you in context of security ,,lifts are also provided

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
