I choose this college because it was an all girls college so it has a safe environment, the area is good and the college is beautiful. The infrastructure is good and the faculty is very helpful and overall the college is good the only problem is the package is avg.
So my couse is quite tough for me as of now but the faculty is really nice and makes it a bit easy to understand things. They provide students with extra classes, remedial classes. Their way to teaching is very fun and interesting and I really enjoy their class
No I've not opted for intership yet cause I'm in first year but I'm looking forward to take up intership as it will provide me knowledge about the work and will give me experience for jobs . And also my seniors advised me to do so
The on campus placement is average. But college provide many internship very often . You can also try for off campus placement as it is better option. The top recruiting companies for our course include prestigious names such as EY, Accenture, Zomato, Fluor Daniel, Swiggy, India First Life Insurance, JLL, Infoline and Tata Power. Dislikes View All Very less reputed companies visit our college for placements and don't offer a good package, which is the reason students don't attend for placements.
I'm harshita persuing bsc hons mathematics and I paid fees 21000 something for 1st year . The fee is pretty average as compared to private university. And the facilities provided by the college is pretty well so the fees is worth paying
The campus is beautiful and covered with greenery and flowers. ranging is strictly prohibited in the campus but the seniors are really helping with the studies. The library is huge and beautiful it is automatic and provides all kind of books . There are more than 30 societies in the college and provides good exposure for student who love to socialize
I don't have opted for hostel as I live in Delhi but according to my friends hostels are quite affordable, the mess is clean and hygiene. The food is good but the problem is less no. Of rooms there . Don't know much about hostel
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
