- Infrastructure is pretty good as compared to other colleges of chandigarh ,
- Faculty is very qualified and they are all docters and specialits in their respective branch ..
Dislikes
- Infrastructure of hostel is little bit messed up ..sonit should be improved beeter ..
- Some faculty is very rude and they don't listen to students..
Remarks :
It was my dream college,I have given entrance exam called NEET -UG for getting admission ..and after that interview was held ...It is an good college in terms of infrastructure and facilities..and cutt off is arround 600+out of 720 ..
Course Curriculum Overview :
Bleng docter was my dream ,so I choose this branch ..teachers were highly qualified and they are all docters...study is projector based and exams usually conducted throughout the year like class tests but final exams are usually at 11-12 month after start of session..
Internships Opportunities :
Internship is compulsory for mbbs students and we get around 30,000/- per month..and internship is help by college campus only and we learns so many things ..we learn practical aspects of degree in that one year of internship which is after 4.5 years of degree
Placement Experience :
Placement is high but most of student persue higher education.placement is hight ,usually on interview basis youbgot selected and salary is pretty descent approx 110000/- rs per month ..I will persue post graduation after mbbs and I will get arround 1 lakh-1,50,000/- rs per month during my post graduation degree ,it's stipend ,which is pretty good..
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fees per year for general catagory is 25000/- + Examination fees 12000-13000/- and reservation catagory total fees is 20000/-+ Examination fees 12-13000/-..and merit students get scholarships .
Campus Life :
Plexus ,euphoria ..these both fest are celebrated in our college and euphoria is an interesting college fest whole plexus is an college fest ..social life is very good,..famous singers,comedians ,artist were invited to performs in fests ,parties are helds throught the year in clubs ...
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel meas is good ,clean food and proper water and electricity supply , proper securityis there ..proper parking in jostle for students and infrastructure is descent and rooms are pretty big ..so ,hostels are good.

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
