It all is based on the Maharashtra Directorate of Technology Education admission process via online ranking based on 10th marks and the caste category. We need to first give our 10th data to them for this online process to be done.
I choose the course cuz I had a very keen interest in electrical engineering. The staff is very strict and we need to be on time with everything. They don't spare us for any late/incomplete work. I scored 85% in my 10th boards
Ive opted for internship at Skoda Volksgagen India as a mechatronics engineer. I am doing their as a intern and ill be carrying it forward aswell as my ambitions are to be at a higher position in the company.
The placements arr pretty good with diploma packages starting at roughly 1 L per annum and max package of 2024 going to 10 lakhs per annum. The companies participating in recruiting are mostly kirloskar tech, Mahindra etc. Ill be doing degree first later on ill go for jobs in the tech industry
The yearly fees for general category are Rs.9500 including gymkhana, library and other misc fees. The fees can be paid in EMI form too as the college has a lot of students from villages, tier 3 cities etc.
It's pretty good but filled with people from the countryside and that environment where non of them feel as higher class. There many clubs and most of the sports events are also very underrated and not so good
Not opted the hostel reviews aren't very good but its a headache to get hostel admission as its caste based and very very difficult. I suggest choosing some other hostel for matter of fact as I wouldn't rate it good
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
