The fact that it had the specialisation i was intending to pursue which is business analytics made me take up this college. I had to go through an online aptitude test followed by an interview. In order to qualify the test a person has to score more than 75% of the marks.
The course starts off very slow and takes a pace after 2 semesters. The faculty members are a mix of some highly professional ones while the otherwise for the rest. There are two main exams in a semester which is mid term and end term. Apart from that formative assessments are conducted twice a term.
No, not as of yet. The internships are provided by the end of second year and considering the strength, not everyone fetches a good internship, many people fetch it from outside the college sources for themselves
There is a student placement cell in the college which looks after the placements and internship opportunities for the students. The placement probability is high for the engineering students than management students.
The fees for BBA is 2,80,000 as minimum, it increases based on the specialisation taken up by the student. The IBM course is 40k less from the minimum BBA fees. There are scholarships for students who have scored 90+ in their 10th and 12th boards.
There are various clubs in MIT WPU, mainly which are not quite there in other colleges yet. The infrastructure is quite huge and good. The main fest’s name is AAROHAN which is conducted in the month of february . There is a big library as well as the classrooms are big with smartboards.
I opted for the college hostel in my first year, the hostels are good when it comes to living but the food is a drawback according to me, it wasn’t liked by many. The hostels are not affordable and are on an expensive side, 1,80,000 for three sharing rooms, 2,15,000 for double sharing and 2,45,000 for single sharing.






I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
