- The faculty is good and helping in nature .
- The infrastructure is clean and nice and maintain the classroom.
Dislikes
- The hostel is ok ok we can live in hostel .
- The canteen is not so good the food is not good.
Remarks :
I gave an state pet exam and through merit basis counselling i got this college. I have got 2- 3k rank and got admission in Electronics and Computer science branch of this college, this is a new branch added in 2023.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is nicely designed and teachers are also good of this college and overall academics is ok of this college.The syllabus is also out of date but the teachers are good and teaches us in easy and simple language.
Internships Opportunities :
Till now not done any internship but will try in this year in good companiesThe college also provides internship in smart manufacturing lab where they make us learn about how to make project and how to make it working.
Placement Experience :
The placement is average , mostly we have to apply for offcampus with our own and cgpa cutoff is around 7.5 cgpa we can get placement opportunities if we are good in academics and also has some internship experience and projects we can get placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee for 1 year ie.. 2 semester is 80000 and is not changed for this year .The scholarship is provide for students with low income and belongs to obc/sc/st category , here the toppers are also given some price amounts.
Campus Life :
There are sports that we can play in ground and several clubs that we can join yo learn new things.The books here are issued for 1 month and we can use it for the study purpose and events are also held time to time.
Hostel Facilities :
I live in pg so the area is also good and mess food is also good the near by areas are shindhya nagar , malviya nagar and hari nagar we can easily get rooms in nearby areas and also there are many options for mess also.

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.

There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
