Remarks :
Admission is done on the basis of JEE MAINS score. The candidates are shortlisted according to their scores. Further counselling is done for the allotment of branches. Students get alloted to their respective branches on the basis of their score.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is highly qualified. They not just only focus on academic development but also give priority to an approach which leads to the holistic development of a student. There are many teaching aids used to provide a better understanding of the course
Internships Opportunities :
There are many internship opportunities in this institution. Internships in various fields are provided to the students, giving them a better variety as well as help them in choosing the better option.
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent in the college. There are many workshops held which leads to the personality development of a student. This helps the students in clearing various interview while being in their final year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees for the entire course is about 100000 per year. It includes all expenses of the student including mess, hostel, library, miscellaneous etc. The fee structure is quite affordable for a middle class.
Campus Life :
Campus life at pantnagar is quite wholesome. Students get exposure to a number of opportunities created through the various events being held in the university itself. Other than this the campus provides a perfect blend of studies and co curricular activities.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facility are decent enough. Each hostel consists of their own mess which is responsible for maintaining a proper diet of the students. The room occupancy depends on the seniority which could be 3, 2 or a single occupancy room.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.

Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
