Admission is through CUET I got around 710/800 to be placed in this college, perhaps i could have gotten a better college if i had filled my preference list better so I would suggest all to fill their preferences accordingly and after doing research
Academics of this college is good as professors here are well trained and have decent experience faculty is also good. They know what they are doing. The only drawback that I would say as of any of du college is the faculty is just a little bit slower side. OBC and ST SC students can apply for scholarship. That’s released by DU every year.
No i have not applied for internship by the college but yes, there are plenty of opportunities that is continuously being but will be on few time. Internships can Be easily obtained by talking to the internship cell or e cell
I haven’t noticed the placement cell that much in this college but I have heard that they are quite active. You can check the Instagram page for the latest internships. placements that is provided by the college. Most of them are not on campus internships, but yeah something is better than nothing.
Social life is good enough. I wouldn’t say it is the best as people are not interactive that much but if you are able to get into a society or a group that’s in the college that would be good as you would be able to interact with other. The library is one of the best South campus having wide range of books and novels to read by sports facilities are also available in the campus. You can join the teams by talking to the coaches now talking about hostels there is no such facility in the campus itself but you can rent a flat or PG nearby. The food of the canteen is quite affordable and the qualities is also good, there are many to choose bye
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
