ARSD is one of the renowned institutions of the country nd is known for its academic excellence. Yeah one has to score atleast 95 percent to get into this college. This shows the professionalism of the entire system..
ARSD can be a good choice to go for if u r looking for a science course...It provides u with a plethora of opportunities to grow as an individual....Reason why I chose this course(I.e Bsc(h) Mathematics) is because of my keen interest in mathematics since my middle school days nd the reason for pursuing it from du is because of its extraordinary curriculum nd experienced faculty...Most of the teachers r iit graduates or r the authors of renowned book...The difficulty level of the entrance exam was moderate to difficult...If ur concepts r clear then it will be a cake walk for u...Cuet exams(I.e entrance exams) are entirely based on NCERT so Cbse students won't be facing much difficulty...
There is always brand attached to your name if you're a Du graduate...There is a hype of this University all over the country...This is one of the prime reasons that why it is difficult for an individual to get into it...You have to be academically very sound to get into a good Delhi University college...
February and March are knows as the fest months of DU...The entire campus is decorated with beautiful colors nd balloons...Students from different universities specially visit to see the beautiful campus nd to praise its beauty...Apart from decoration nd stuff stalls r also placed in the ground where there r several games nd food for the masses...Du is known for its beautiful campuses nd its academic excellence. ...Apart from academics, sports is also an important part of the college..
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
