- The university has a big campus and greenery is all around the campus and provides good culture and grounds for sports and study.
- The library is the main beauty of the university that is titanic shaped providing all books and updated journals.
Dislikes
- The labs are not well equipped for students to work on.
- The transportation facilities in the university in the university for students to move from one place to another inside the campus is not well scheduled and good.
Remarks :
On the basis of jee mains result a person can get admission in the university. The form of GNDU is available on the site of the university for 2200 rupees. The university will call you up for counselling in which you will get the course as per jee rank and have to pay fees for the first semester.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is as per all government university curriculum. The faculty here are PHD pass outs. The faculty takes classes per batch is thrice a week at least. The course fees for odd semester is about 90000 rupees and for even semester is about 60000 rupees. The University provides Scholarship for economically weaker students.
Placement Experience :
The placement cell of the university is good providing students guidance about the interviews. The companies which comes here with placement offers are Nagarro, Zscaler, TCS etc. The criteria for sitting for placement is to have a good overall CGPA and clear university level code test. Mostly profile offers for initial stage is SDE 1.
Campus Life :
Jashan is the fest occur every year in April. The university has a library which is the main focus of the university campus providing most of the bools and journals. The sports facility of GNDU is one amongst the best in India due to which the university has been awarded many a times by the honorable President of India. There are so many clubs including technical, drama, co-curriculum activities etc. The hostel facily is decent of about 20000 rupees per annum exclusive of mess. The mess food is decent which includes normal north Indian veg menu. There are many PG's available surrounding the university.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
