Remarks :
I had heard the name of the college in terms of good patient flow and faculty I talked to my seniors who were already studying at this institution. They suggested this college. I got admission through the counseling scheme after NEET ug. There was no exam as such. I just filled out the counseling online and my name was there is the list. So we went on the scheduled date and got my documents submitted there.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As every BDS says! Mbbs nhi mila toh bds le liya. Sadly, I also had the same reason! The faculty is highly qualified. There are MD and MDS professors. Every professor has their way of teaching and at last, we have to study by ourselves ( katusatya). Terms exams the literally very very much scheduled. Every 2 months we get our unit tests and midterms. And class tests are like routine work. The fee hike is a 10% increase with every senior prof.
Internships Opportunities :
No internship opportunities. Medical and dental colleges do not offer such things. These are questions for engineers I think. No programs are there for placements and internships which is sad.
Placement Experience :
After the degree, we can apply for juniors exams, go for MDs, or improve our dental skills by joining any private clinic or some institution. Many students opt to move to other countries to pursue dentistry there.
Campus Life :
As I was a student of the Covid batch. I have not much to share about those festivals, clubs, etc. But as I have heard from my seniors they used to have a blast in their profs. Every other month there were events, parties, and functions. But for me, I have seen such things in the student of the year film only! All my 3 idiot fantasies never turned into a reality. The hostel is always troublesome due to changing in charges and mess. The affordability of the hostel is good. You can get a room in the hostel during the counseling and the hostel and mess is mandatory for all students ( except for localities)

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
