Ks Hegde Medical College is one of the best paramedical colleges. We have a beautiful campus. There are many other courses in our college. BSc anesthesia and operation theatre technology, BSc medical imaging technology, BSc medical laboratory technology, BSc respiratory therapy, BSc radiation therapy, and BSc renal dialysis technology. Our course is 4 year. , including 1 year of internship. We have postings in Operation theatres weekly twice. We have 6 subjects including pathology, basic anesthesia, microbiology, pharma NITTEcology, medicine, and surgery. Theory classes are taken by the best lecturers of different departments. The admission process of our college through directly or on our site online.
Course Curriculum Overview :
KSHEMA is the best college for paramedics. We have postings every week. This course is a 4-year course including a 1-year internship. The faculties are good. We have a yearly university exam and every year we have 3 sessional exams.
Internships Opportunities :
We have 1 year internship. After completing 3 years then we have a 1-year internship. In the internship, we have to work in the operation theatre only. We will get the stipend per month. We have many shifts are there morning shifts or night shift
Placement Experience :
No placement is there in our college. We have to do an internship in our hospital only. No placement is there. In the internship, we will get stipends. 1-year internships are there for all other paramedical course students.
Campus Life :
We have a good campus. Free wi-fi is available in our college and hostel. Free bus transportation is available for every student of our college. Sports day, and cultural day, are conducted every year in our college.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
